Beginner’s lessons at Hanningfield Waterside Park are professionally run and aimed at complete newcomers of all ages to this superb sport.
Classes take place on Saturdays and cost £69 per person per day (juniors must be aged 8 or over).
These lessons are a great introduction to fly fishing and extremely popular with children and adults, continuing to go from strength to strength.
The course covers casting, tackle, knots, techniques, trout behaviour and safety. All equipment is provided alongside lunch, all you need to do is come appropriately dressed for the weather. In the afternoon you will get an opportunity to try your hand at practicing what you have learnt.
As an added bonus we offer beginners who have attended our fishing tuition lesson to a discounted day ticket (maximum five visits) for £17 for two fish.
