Best area and flies:

Lures on an intermediate line are a good starting point or wet flies / nymphs fished under a bung. Sheltered areas continue to offer the best sport such as the Bay of Plenty, Cronkley or Hunter House

Best areas & baits / lures

Ledgered garlic scented Powerbait eggs and trout pellets in a swim feeder have worked well with strong scented bait helping attract fish.
