We have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all fishing activity at Hanningfield Reservoir.
This is due to an algal bloom on the south side of the reservoir, meaning that there is a low level of visibility for angling.
This is not impacting the water treatment aspect of our operations, but it means that the quality of fishing available is below the standards we like to uphold for our anglers.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and we will provide updates ahead of re-opening.
