Following government guidance review we are able to confirm that Hanningfield Waterside Park will continue to be open throughout the next national lockdown for you to enjoy.
Outdoor exercise is a big part of looking after your mental and physical health, and you’ll still be able to take your exercise around the nature reserve.
While Cafe on the Water will be closed from Thursday 5 November to Wednesday 2 December, The Hide is open for takeaway service. We will be serving hot and cold drinks, cake, snacks and sandwiches, from 9am to 3pm, 7 days a week.
Our play park will continue to be open alongside, our car parks, toilets, and our fishing offering.
Although our shops will be closed, our Rangers will still be on site to carry out safety patrols and be on hand to help and offer advice.
Obviously, these are difficult troublesome times, so please respect other visitors and our teams, abide by the signage and follow all guidance:
- only visit with your own household, your support bubble or one other person from another household
- keep a safe distance from other visitors.
